A whole requires about 24 cu. ft. freezer space.
How long will it last?
A whole will last the average family of 5 about 18+ months.
*This will vary depending on many factors like how many people you feed, how much they eat, and how often you cook beef.
How much does it cost?
A whole beef costs $4.90/lb. on the hanging weight. The good news is that this covers ALL expenses including the steer, butcher, your choice of cuts and vacuum seal packaging, deep freeze, and delivery within central NY.
