Meet your farmers
Hi friend! We’re Dan and Michelle Schrader. Dan grew up on a beef farm in the Finger Lakes and Michelle is the daughter of vet techs from Eastern NY. After meeting in college, we decided to get married and farm together in Dan’s hometome. Animal welfare quickly became our guidng value, and we realized that as animal welfare improves, the environment and quality of meat does also.
