Roast Rub Recipe

I’m honestly shocked that I’m sharing this recipe on the internet. It’s just so good and so easy, I know you need to have it!

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup brown sugar

• 2 Tablespoons regular paprika

• 2 teaspoons black pepper

• 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt

• 1 Tablespoon garlic powder

• 1 Tablespoon onion powder

• 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to bowl and combine.

2. Pat roast dry. This helps your meat roast instead of steam and also makes the next step easier.

3. Sprinkle the mixture over the entire surface or roast and rub into every nook and cranny.
